Description
A 48-inch, 4-light island light from the Bridal Veil Collection, finished in brushed brass with mercury glass shades - perfect for kitchen islands and dining areas.
This island light features four bell-shaped mercury glass shades on a brushed brass frame, creating an industrial yet elegant look. The fixture includes multiple stems for customizable hanging height and is sloped ceiling adaptable.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, providing bright task lighting over a large surface
- Dining rooms, centered over a table for a warm, inviting glow
- Industrial, modern-contemporary, or transitional interiors
- Damp-rated locations like covered patios or bathrooms, as it is damp rated
- Spaces with sloped or vaulted ceilings, thanks to the included swivel
Not ideal for
- Small rooms where a 48-inch fixture may overwhelm the space
- Outdoor areas without cover, as it is only damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Spaces with very low ceilings, as the fixture can hang up to 40.88 inches
How bright is it?
This fixture is designed for four bulbs (not included) with a maximum of 100W per socket. The brightness depends on the bulbs you choose; we recommend T-series bulbs for a bright, even light.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you select. For a warm, cozy feel, choose bulbs with a color temperature of 2700K-3000K. The mercury glass shades diffuse the light, creating a soft, ambient glow.
Sizing and fit
The island light measures 47.75 inches wide, 10 inches high, and 5 inches deep. The hanging height is adjustable from 16.88 to 40.88 inches using the included stems. It is sloped ceiling adaptable.
