Description
A 48-inch, 4-light island pendant from the Bridal Veil collection, finished in brushed brass with clear glass shades - ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Bridal Veil island pendant features a sleek, dynamic design that fits seamlessly into most decor styles. Its brushed brass frame and bell-shaped clear glass shades create an open, airy look. The adjustable height (up to 40.88 inches) and sloped ceiling adaptability make it versatile for various ceiling types.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 feet long, hung 30-36 inches above the counter
- Dining room tables, centered and hung 30-36 inches above the tabletop
- Open-plan living areas where a linear fixture defines the space
- Hallways or entryways with high ceilings, used as a statement piece
- Covered patios or porches (damp-rated)
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 40.88-inch drop
- Spaces requiring a single point of light rather than linear distribution
How bright is it?
With four 100-watt incandescent bulbs (not included), the fixture can provide up to 6400 lumens total - comparable to four 100-watt incandescent bulbs. This is very bright, suitable for task lighting in kitchens. Using lower-wattage LED bulbs will reduce brightness.
Light color and feel
Using recommended 2700K-3000K bulbs, the light is warm white, flattering to skin tones and warm interiors. The clear glass shades allow the bulbs to be visible, creating a vintage, industrial feel. Dimmable when used with compatible dimmers and bulbs.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 48 inches wide, 5 inches deep, and 10 inches high. Height adjusts from 16.88 to 40.88 inches. The canopy is 4.5 inches deep, 6.25 inches wide, and 0.75 inches high. Suitable for ceilings 8 feet and higher.
