Description
A 12-inch, three-light mini pendant from the Bridal Veil Collection, finished in matte black with mercury glass shades, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
This mini pendant brings an industrial yet refined look to your home. The matte black metal frame contrasts beautifully with the hand-blown mercury glass shades, which have a reflective, silvery finish. Its compact size makes it perfect for smaller spaces or for grouping over a kitchen island. The included stems allow for a customizable hanging length, and the swivel adapts to sloped ceilings.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms, centered over a table for focused illumination
- Breakfast nooks and counter seating areas
- Entryways and hallways with 8-9 ft ceilings
- Vaulted or sloped ceilings, thanks to the included 90-degree swivel
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, despite the damp rating, if you prefer a fixture with a closed glass shade for easier cleaning
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft, as the minimum hanging length is about 25 inches
- Spaces needing a single bright primary light source, as three 100W bulbs provide moderate brightness
How bright is it?
With three 100W incandescent bulbs (not included), this fixture can produce up to about 4500 lumens total, similar to a bright ceiling light. However, the mercury glass shades diffuse the light, creating a softer, ambient glow. It's ideal for general lighting in medium-sized rooms, not for task-heavy areas like a home office.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, inviting feel, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The mercury glass shades add a subtle sparkle and diffuse the light, reducing glare. This fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the mood from bright and energetic to soft and intimate.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 12 inches wide and 18 inches tall, with a hanging length adjustable from about 25 to 49 inches using the included stems. The canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter. It suits most standard ceiling heights and can be installed on sloped ceilings thanks to the included swivel.
