How bright is it?

Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With four medium-base (E26) sockets, you can install up to 60W incandescent equivalent bulbs per socket (240W total). Using 60W equivalent LED bulbs (about 800 lumens each) yields 3200 lumens total - bright enough for a primary bathroom light. For softer ambient light, use 40W equivalent bulbs (about 450 lumens each) for 1800 lumens total. Bulbs are not included.

Light color and feel

The mercury ribbed glass shades create a soft, diffused glow with a vintage character. For a warm, incandescent-like feel, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The open-bottom bell shades allow some direct light downward for task lighting while the glass diffuses ambient light. Dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch allow you to adjust brightness for different moods.
