How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With three medium-base sockets, you can install up to 60W incandescent equivalent per bulb (or LED equivalent). For a typical bathroom, 3 x 60W incandescent (about 2700 lumens total) provides ample task lighting for grooming. Using dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch allows you to adjust the light level.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
