Description
An 8-inch one-light semi-flush mount with a satin gold finish and clear glass bell shade, ideal for kitchens, dining rooms, and entryways.
The Bridal Veil collection features hand-blown glass and a sleek satin gold metal frame. This semi-flush mount has a bell-shaped clear glass shade that showcases the bulb beautifully. Its industrial and transitional style fits a variety of interiors.
Best for
- Kitchens with 8-10 ft ceilings, providing ambient light over a central island or table
- Dining rooms, hung above a table to create a warm, inviting atmosphere
- Entryways and hallways, adding a touch of elegance
- Living rooms with a modern or vintage aesthetic
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is rated for damp locations, not wet locations
- Outdoor covered areas - not rated for wet locations
- Spaces with sloped ceilings - not sloped ceiling adaptable
How bright is it?
With a single 100W incandescent bulb (not included), brightness depends on the bulb you choose. For reference, a 100W incandescent bulb produces about 1600 lumens - enough for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room. Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade provides a bright, unobstructed light. Bulb color temperature is not specified, but we recommend warm white (2700K-3000K) bulbs to create a cozy atmosphere. The fixture is dimmable for adjustable ambiance.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 8 inches long by 8 inches wide by 14 inches high, with a canopy of 4.88 inches in diameter. This semi-flush mount works well in rooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings, providing clearance while maintaining a low profile.
