Description
A 5-inch, one-light wall sconce in matte black with a smoke glass bell shade, for hallways and bedrooms.
The Bridal Veil collection offers a sleek, dynamic design that fits most décor styles. This sconce features a heavy cast backplate and hand-blown glass, adding a touch of industrial vintage charm. It can be mounted up or down for flexibility.
Best for
- Hallways and corridors, mounted at eye level for ambient light
- Bedrooms as a reading light beside the bed
- Living rooms to highlight architectural features
- Damp locations like bathrooms (UL/CUL damp rated)
Not ideal for
- Large rooms needing bright, primary lighting
- Outdoor areas exposed to rain (damp rated, not wet rated)
How bright is it?
With a single medium-base socket, brightness depends on the bulb. A 60W equivalent LED bulb (about 800 lumens) provides ample accent light for a hallway or bedside.
Light color and feel
Use warm white bulbs (2700K-3000K) for a cozy, inviting glow. The smoke glass diffuses light and adds a moody ambiance.
Sizing and fit
This sconce measures 7 inches long, 5 inches wide, and 10.75 inches high, extending 7 inches from the wall. It fits well in narrow hallways or beside a bed.
