Description
A 5-inch mini pendant from the Bridal Veil collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with a seedy glass shade, perfect for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Bridal Veil mini pendant features a sleek, bell-shaped seedy glass shade that diffuses light beautifully. The brushed satin nickel finish adds a modern, transitional touch, while the hand-blown glass provides a unique, textured look. Its compact size makes it ideal for focused lighting in smaller spaces.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung 28-34 inches above the counter for task lighting
- Dining rooms and eat-in kitchens, providing ambient light over a table
- Entryways and hallways, adding a subtle glow with a modern touch
- Bathrooms and powder rooms, thanks to its damp-rated construction
- Covered patios and porches, used as a single statement or in a row
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, as it is damp-rated but not wet-rated
- Large open spaces needing high brightness, as it is a single-bulb fixture
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 feet if you need a long drop, as the hanging length is limited to 30 inches
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose; the fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 100W equivalent. With a standard 60W incandescent, expect about 800 lumens - enough for task and ambient lighting in a small to medium area. Lumen output not specified by manufacturer.
Light color and feel
The light color is determined by the bulb; the seedy glass shade diffuses and softens the light, creating a warm, inviting glow. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the mood. For a vintage look, use a T-series filament bulb (sold separately).
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 5 inches long by 5 inches wide by 9.63 inches high, with a 5-inch diameter shade. The canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter. The fixture includes one 6-inch stem and two 12-inch stems, allowing for a customizable hanging length of up to 30 inches. It is sloped ceiling adaptable, making it suitable for vaulted ceilings.
