- Bedrooms, as a reading light beside the bed or above a nightstand
- Living rooms and sitting areas, to highlight artwork or architectural features
- Entryways and foyers, flanking a mirror or console table

How bright is it?
This sconce uses one 100W incandescent bulb (not included) and is compatible with LED, fluorescent, and halogen bulbs. The actual brightness depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm accent glow, a 60W equivalent LED bulb is recommended.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you install. For a warm, inviting feel, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The mercury glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a gentle, ambient glow. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood.
