Description
A 12-inch semi-flush mount light with a bell-shaped seedy glass shade, finished in oil rubbed bronze, for bedrooms, hallways, and other spaces with standard ceilings.
The Bridal Veil collection brings an industrial yet versatile look to your home. The sleek metal frame in oil rubbed bronze pairs with hand-blown seedy glass to create a dynamic play of light and texture. This fixture fits seamlessly into a variety of décor styles, from modern contemporary to restoration-vintage.
Best for
- Bedrooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, providing ambient light and a stylish focal point
- Hallways and entryways, mounted to illuminate the path and add character
- Dining rooms with a smaller footprint, offering soft, diffused light over the table
- Living rooms as a secondary light source, complementing floor lamps and sconces
- Covered porches or sunrooms, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - the damp rating covers humidity but not direct water spray
- Outdoor areas without overhead cover - this fixture is not rated for wet locations
- Spaces with sloped ceilings - this fixture is not sloped ceiling adaptable
How bright is it?
This fixture is rated for a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included). With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb, you can expect around 800 lumens - similar to a traditional 60W bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms. For a brighter output, use a 100W equivalent LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shade diffuses light, creating a warm and inviting glow. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit your mood. For a warm, cozy feel, choose a 2700K-3000K bulb; for a more neutral light, opt for 3500K-4000K.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 12 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 19 inches high. The shade is 12 inches in diameter and 14.5 inches high. This compact size works well in rooms with 8-foot ceilings, providing ample light without overwhelming the space.
