Description
A 12-inch semi-flush mount light with a bell-shaped clear glass shade and antique copper finish, ideal for entryways, hallways, and bedrooms.
The Bridal Veil Collection brings a dynamic, hand-blown glass bell shade that diffuses light beautifully. The antique copper finish adds a vintage-industrial touch, fitting seamlessly into modern, transitional, or restoration-style interiors. This fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered porches and bathrooms.
Best for
- Entryways and hallways with 8-9 ft ceilings, providing ambient light without overwhelming the space
- Bedrooms as a stylish overhead light, especially in seating areas or dressing nooks
- Covered patios or porches, thanks to its damp-rated construction
- Bathrooms with adequate ceiling height, adding a warm glow
- Dining areas or breakfast nooks where a compact fixture is needed
Not ideal for
- Large open rooms needing bright, task-level illumination - this is a 100W max fixture, better for ambient light
- Sloped or vaulted ceilings, as it is not sloped ceiling adaptable
- Outdoor areas exposed to direct rain, as it is damp-rated, not wet-rated
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer, but it accepts one 100W incandescent bulb (or equivalent LED), providing ample light for a medium-sized room. For reference, a 100W incandescent bulb emits about 1600 lumens.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, select a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The clear glass shade provides unobstructed light, creating a bright, airy atmosphere.
Sizing and fit
This semi-flush mount measures 12 inches in diameter and 19 inches in height, making it a compact choice for spaces with standard 8-foot ceilings. The canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter, and the fixture weighs only 2.7 lbs.
