Description
A 12-inch semi-flush mount ceiling light with a black antique brass finish and light smoke glass shade, ideal for kitchens, hallways, and entryways.
The Bridal Veil from Innovations Lighting offers a sleek, modern design with a bell-shaped glass shade that diffuses light beautifully. The black antique brass canopy and hand-blown glass create a bold, vintage-inspired look that fits industrial and transitional interiors. The light smoke tint adds a touch of sophistication.
Best for
- Kitchens with 8-9 ft ceilings, providing ambient light over a breakfast nook or island
- Hallways and entryways, mounted at standard height for a welcoming glow
- Dining rooms with a modern or transitional aesthetic
- Bedrooms with a cozy, vintage vibe
- Covered porches or sunrooms (damp-rated)
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp-rated but not wet-rated
- Sloped ceilings - not sloped ceiling adaptable
- Spaces requiring bright task lighting - this is an accent/ambient fixture
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W bulb (not included), this fixture can provide ample light for a small to medium room. The actual brightness depends on the bulb you choose; an LED equivalent can offer bright, efficient illumination.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you install. The fixture is compatible with incandescent, LED, fluorescent, and halogen bulbs. For a warm, cozy feel, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The glass shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 12 inches in diameter and 19 inches in height, with a canopy of 4.88 inches. It's designed for standard 8-9 ft ceilings and requires a minimum ceiling height of about 8 feet. The semi-flush mount keeps it close to the ceiling, making it suitable for rooms with lower ceilings.
