How bright is it?
This pendant uses one 100W incandescent bulb (not included) and is rated for 100 watts maximum. The actual brightness depends on the bulb you choose. For reference, a 100W incandescent bulb produces about 1600 lumens, which is bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island. We recommend an LED bulb for energy efficiency.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The seedy glass shade will diffuse the light, creating a soft, ambient effect. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit your mood.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 12 inches in diameter and 18.38 inches high. The hanging height is adjustable from 22.26 to 139.26 inches, thanks to the 120-inch cord. The canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter. It's suitable for most ceilings, including sloped ones.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A T-series bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a standard LED-compatible dimmer if using LED bulbs.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL/CUL damp rated, so it can be used in bathrooms (but not in direct spray) and covered outdoor areas. It is not wet rated for exposed outdoor use.
What's the warranty? 2 year finish, lifetime electrical.
Can the cord be shortened? Yes, the 120-inch cord can be cut to your desired length during installation.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
