Description
A 12-inch semi-flush mount from the Bridal Veil Collection, finished in polished nickel with a blue glass shade - a striking accent for entryways and hallways.
The Arcadia design (part of the Bridal Veil Collection) brings a dynamic, industrial-modern aesthetic to any space. The hand-blown blue glass shade in a bell shape adds a pop of color, while the polished nickel metal frame offers a sleek, contemporary contrast. This semi-flush mount is perfect for adding character to entryways, hallways, and other areas with lower ceilings.
Best for
- Entryways and foyers, mounted flush to the ceiling for a welcoming glow
- Hallways and corridors, providing ambient light without taking up visual space
- Bedrooms and living rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, as a stylish accent light
- Dining nooks and breakfast areas, adding a vintage-industrial touch
- Damp-rated locations like bathrooms with ventilation or covered outdoor areas
Not ideal for
- Large open rooms that need a primary light source - this is a single-light accent fixture
- Sloped ceilings - this fixture is not sloped ceiling adaptable
- Spaces where you want a lot of light - it uses one bulb up to 100 watts
How bright is it?
With a single 100-watt max socket, the output depends on the bulb you choose. Using a standard 100W incandescent bulb, you can achieve up to 1600 lumens - enough for ambient lighting in a small to medium room. LED bulbs can provide similar brightness with less energy.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you select. For a warm, inviting glow, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The blue glass shade filters the light, casting a subtle blue tint that adds a unique ambiance. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the mood from bright to soft.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 12 inches in diameter and 19 inches in height. The bell-shaped shade is 12 inches in diameter and 14.5 inches high. The canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter and 0.88 inches high. This semi-flush mount is ideal for rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, as it hangs close to the ceiling.
