Description
A 48-inch, eight-light island light from the Boreas Collection, finished in brushed brass with deco swirl glass shades, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
This island light features an industrial take on modern sophistication, with cylindrical glass shades set in an updated restoration style frame. Intricate knurling details on the sockets, canopy, and finials add a touch of elegance. The brushed brass finish and deco swirl glass create a warm, inviting glow.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 72-96 inches long, hung 30-36 inches above the counter
- Dining room tables, providing ample task lighting
- Game rooms and dinettes, as a central light source
- Spaces with an industrial or modern aesthetic
- Areas with sloped ceilings, thanks to the included 90-degree swivel
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for damp locations only, not wet locations
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet, as the minimum hanging height is 17.08 inches
- Rooms where a flush mount is needed to avoid low clearance
