Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. It requires eight 60W incandescent bulbs with E26 bases.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a standard incandescent dimmer for best results.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water) and covered outdoor areas, but not in wet locations.

How do I clean the hand-blown glass shades? Use a soft, dry cloth to dust the glass. For deeper cleaning, a slightly damp cloth with mild soap is fine, but avoid abrasive cleaners.

Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
