Description
A 29-inch six-light chandelier from the Boreas collection, finished in brushed brass with white cylindrical glass shades - for dining rooms and kitchens.
The Boreas chandelier combines industrial details with modern sophistication. Its frame features intricate knurling on the sockets, canopy, and finials, while the hand-blown white glass shades diffuse light beautifully. The brushed brass finish adds a warm, refined touch.
Best for
- Dining rooms over a 6-8 ft table, providing ambient light
- Kitchens with an island or breakfast bar, hung 30-36 inches above the counter
- Game rooms and dinettes needing a statement light
- Open-plan living areas with a modern-industrial style
- Covered patios and porches, as it is damp-rated
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp-rated but not wet-rated
- Low ceilings under 8 ft, as the minimum hanging height is 30.75 inches
- Spaces needing bright task lighting, as it uses six 60W equivalent bulbs (not included)
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With six medium-base (E26) sockets, you can use up to 60W equivalent LED bulbs for a combined output of roughly 4800 lumens - enough for ambient lighting in a large dining room or kitchen.
Light color and feel
The white glass shades diffuse light softly, creating a warm, inviting glow. The color temperature depends on your bulb choice; warm white (2700K-3000K) complements the brass finish best. Dimmable with compatible dimmers and bulbs.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 29 inches long, 29 inches wide, and 24 inches high. The hanging height is adjustable from 30.75 to 54.75 inches via the included chain. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter.
