Description
A 29-inch, 6-light chandelier from Innovations Lighting, finished in brushed brass with light smoke glass shades, ideal for dining rooms and kitchen islands.
The Boreas collection offers an industrial take on modern sophistication. This fixture features cylindrical glass set in an updated restoration-style frame with intricate knurling detail on the sockets, canopy, and finials. The brushed brass finish and smoke glass create a warm, inviting glow that complements a variety of decor styles.
Best for
- Dining rooms with a table 48-60 inches long, hung 30-36 inches above the table surface
- Kitchen islands, providing focused task lighting over a 6-8 foot island
- Game rooms or dinettes where a statement fixture adds character
- Spaces with high ceilings, as the chain allows for adjustable hanging height
Not ideal for
- Rooms with low ceilings (under 8 feet) if you need the fixture to hang at its minimum height of 30.75 inches
- Spaces requiring a lot of bright, direct light - this fixture is better for ambient or accent lighting
How bright is it?
With six 60-watt maximum sockets (bulbs not included), the total brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. Using six 60W incandescent bulbs would produce about 4800 lumens, similar to a bright dining room. LED bulbs can provide the same light with less energy.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the light level. The color temperature depends on the bulbs you select - choose warm white (2700K-3000K) for a cozy, flattering glow, or cool white (3500K-4100K) for a more energizing, task-oriented light.
Sizing and fit
This chandelier measures 29 inches wide, 29 inches deep, and 24 inches high, with an adjustable hanging height from 30.75 to 54.75 inches. It is sloped ceiling compatible and comes with a 60-inch chain in a brushed brass finish. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter.
