A 3-inch mini pendant from the Boreas collection, finished in antique brass with a Deco Swirl glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Boreas mini pendant combines the sleek silhouette of the Ballston with a touch of flair, thanks to its interchangeable glass or metal shades from the Franklin collection. The antique brass finish and Deco Swirl transparent glass create a contemporary Art Deco look that adds character to any space.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung in a row of two or three over a 6-8 ft island
- Dining rooms, centered over a small table or breakfast nook

How bright is it?
Uses one 5-watt LED bulb (not included) with a medium base. Brightness depends on the bulb chosen; a typical 5W LED produces about 450 lumens, similar to a 40W incandescent, suitable for accent or task lighting.
Light color and feel
Bulb color temperature is user-selectable. The Deco Swirl glass diffuses light softly, creating a warm ambient glow. Pair with a warm white (2700K-3000K) LED for a cozy atmosphere.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
