Description
A single-light pendant with a clear glass shade, perfect for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Bolivar collection is a study in architectural design, featuring a ribbed base and a cylindrical glass shade. Finished in satin nickel with a clear glass shade, this pendant adds a touch of industrial elegance to any space. The 120-inch cord allows for flexible hanging heights, and the hand-blown glass ensures a unique, artisanal quality.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung 28-34 inches above the counter, in a row of two or three
- Dining rooms, centered over a table for focused ambient light
- Entryways and stairwells, adding a sculptural element
- Living rooms with high ceilings, hung at varying heights for visual interest
- Spaces with industrial, restoration, or transitional decor
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct water exposure - rated for damp locations only, not wet
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft - the minimum hanging height is 15.75 inches, which may be too low
- Spaces needing bright task lighting - this is an accent light, not a primary light source
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified, but it accepts one 100W incandescent bulb (not included). With a standard 100W bulb, you can expect roughly 1600 lumens - suitable for ambient lighting over a kitchen island or dining table, but not for focused tasks.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is not specified, but the clear glass shade provides a crisp, unobstructed light. For a warmer feel, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit your mood.
Sizing and fit
This pendant measures 4.75 inches wide, 4.75 inches deep, and 12 inches high, with a 4.5-inch round canopy. The cord is 120 inches long and can be cut to the desired length. The hanging height ranges from 15.75 to 132.75 inches, making it suitable for a variety of ceiling heights.
