Description
A 48-inch four-light island light from the Brookhaven Flute Collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with sapphire blue glass shades, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
This fixture brings a dynamic, industrial yet modern touch to your home. The brushed satin nickel finish over metal, paired with hand-blown sapphire blue glass bell shades, creates a striking look. The stem-hung design is adjustable and sloped ceiling adaptable.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 feet long, hung 30-36 inches above the counter
- Dining room tables, providing focused task lighting
- Breakfast nooks and eat-in kitchens
- Areas with sloped or vaulted ceilings, thanks to its adaptability
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, despite damp rating, due to the glass shades
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 30-inch hanging length
How bright is it?
With four 100W incandescent bulbs (not included), the fixture can produce up to 4000 lumens - about as bright as four 60W bulbs. This is suitable for ambient and task lighting in large kitchens.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. With incandescent bulbs, expect a warm, golden glow. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the ambiance.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 48 inches wide, 7 inches deep, and 15.88 inches high. The height range is 14.75 to 38.75 inches. It works well over islands up to 8 feet long and in rooms with 8-foot or higher ceilings.
