Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 feet long, providing focused task lighting over the counter
- Dining room tables, centered above the table for ambient and accent lighting
- Open-concept living areas where a statement light is needed
- Spaces with sloped or vaulted ceilings, thanks to the included 90-degree swivel
- Homes with a modern, industrial, or transitional design aesthetic
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is rated for damp locations, not wet locations
- Low ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 30-inch hanging length
- Spaces requiring a flush mount or close-to-ceiling installation
How bright is it?
Each socket is rated for 100 watts, so with four bulbs you can achieve up to 400 watts of incandescent equivalent brightness. Actual lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose; LED bulbs are recommended for energy efficiency and lower heat.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the light level to create the perfect ambiance. The amber glass shades will cast a warm, golden glow when lit, adding a cozy character to the room. For a warm, inviting glow, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 48 inches wide, 7 inches deep, and 15.88 inches high. The hanging height is adjustable from 14.75 to 38.75 inches using the included stems. The canopy is 4.5 inches deep, 6.25 inches wide, and 0.75 inches high. This fixture is best suited for rooms with ceilings at least 8 feet high.
