Description
A 48-inch 4-light island light with black antique brass finish and amber glass shades, perfect for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Brookhaven Cloche collection brings a dynamic, industrial-modern aesthetic to your home. The sleek design features a rectangular canopy and cylindrical amber glass shades that diffuse light beautifully. The black antique brass finish adds a vintage touch, while the hand-blown glass ensures quality. With adjustable stems and a swivel for sloped ceilings, this fixture adapts to your space.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 ft long, hung 30-36 inches above the counter for task lighting
- Dining rooms, centered over a table for ambient and task light
- Open-concept living areas, defining the kitchen or dining zone
- Large entryways or foyers, making a statement
- Home bars or breakfast nooks, adding warm, focused light
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is rated for damp locations only, not wet locations
- Outdoor covered areas without protection from moisture - damp rating does not cover direct rain
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 30-inch hanging length - the stems can be adjusted, but check the minimum height
How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose (not included). With four 100W max sockets, you can achieve bright task lighting. For reference, four 60W incandescent bulbs would produce about 3200 lumens, suitable for a large kitchen island.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you select. The amber glass shades will warm the light, creating a cozy, inviting glow. Compatible with incandescent, LED, fluorescent, and halogen bulbs, so you can choose your preferred color temperature.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 48 inches wide, 7 inches deep, and 15.88 inches high. The hanging height is adjustable from 14.75 to 38.75 inches using the included stems (two 6-inch and four 12-inch). It works well over kitchen islands and dining tables, and the swivel allows installation on sloped or vaulted ceilings.
