Each socket accepts up to 100W (300W total), but actual brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With three 60W equivalent LED bulbs, you'll get about 2400 lumens - enough for ambient lighting in a medium room. Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a standard dimmer switch compatible with your bulb type (LED, incandescent, etc.).
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp-rated, so it can be used in bathrooms (not directly in shower spray) and covered outdoor areas. Not for wet locations.

How do I adjust the hanging height? The fixture includes one 6" and two 12" stems. Combine them to achieve your desired length up to 30".

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
