How bright is it?
With three 100-watt maximum sockets (bulbs not included), this chandelier can produce up to 3,000 lumens if you use 100W equivalent LED bulbs - bright enough for a dining room or kitchen island. For a softer ambiance, use lower-wattage bulbs or a dimmer.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The slate glass shades diffuse the light, creating a soft, even glow. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the mood from bright task lighting to a cozy evening ambiance.
Sizing and fit

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the fixture is dimmable. Use a standard dimmer compatible with the bulb type you choose. For LED bulbs, ensure the dimmer is rated for LED.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is rated for damp locations, so it can be installed in bathrooms (not in direct contact with water) and covered outdoor areas. It is not rated for wet locations.
What's the warranty? The fixture comes with a 2-year finish warranty and a lifetime electrical warranty.
Can it be installed on a sloped ceiling? Yes, the fixture includes a 90-degree hang straight swivel, making it suitable for sloped and vaulted ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
