Description
A 48-inch 4-light island pendant with hand-blown opal glass shades and an oil rubbed bronze finish, perfect for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Brookhaven Almond collection features elegant ombre gradient glass in artisan-crafted teardrop shapes, creating a captivating interplay of color and light. This island pendant is finished in oil rubbed bronze and includes four opal glass shades that diffuse light beautifully. The fixture is height-adjustable with included stems, making it versatile for various ceiling heights.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 ft long, providing focused task lighting over the counter
- Dining room tables, hung 30-36 inches above the table surface
- Peninsula counters in open-concept kitchens
- Breakfast bars with seating, adding ambient light
- Vaulted or sloped ceilings, thanks to the included swivel
Not ideal for
- Small powder rooms or hallways, as it is a large statement piece
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft, as the minimum hanging height is 14.75 inches
- Areas requiring a flush mount, as this is a stem-hung pendant
How bright is it?
Each socket accepts up to a 100W bulb (not included), so with four bulbs you can achieve up to 4000 lumens total - bright enough for a large kitchen island. For energy efficiency, use 100W equivalent LED bulbs.
Light color and feel
The opal glass shades diffuse light softly, reducing glare. Choose warm white (2700K-3000K) bulbs for a cozy, inviting atmosphere, or cooler temperatures for a more modern feel. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood.
