The Berkshire Metal mini pendant from Innovations Lighting brings industrial farmhouse style with a polished chrome finish and a cone-shaped metal shade. Made from steel and cast brass, this fixture offers a sturdy transitional look that works in kitchens, dining areas, and covered patios. The Edison-inspired design can be customized with over 100 shade options, but this version comes with a polished chrome metal shade for a sleek, reflective look.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W equivalent (LED recommended). With a typical 800-lumen LED bulb, it provides ample task light for a kitchen island or dining table. For ambient mood lighting, a 400-lumen vintage-style bulb works well.
Light color and feel
The polished chrome shade reflects light downward and outward, creating a focused beam with some ambient glow. Use a warm white bulb (2700K-3000K) for a cozy, inviting feel that complements the industrial style. The metal shade does not diffuse light, so expect a crisp, directional beam.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
