A 12-inch semi-flush mount light with a satin gold metal shade, built for damp-rated entryways and hallways.
The Berkshire Metal collection combines industrial styling with heavy cast brass and steel construction. This 1-light fixture features a satin gold finish and a matching satin gold metal cone shade, creating a cohesive look that suits farmhouse and restoration-vintage interiors. How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb (approx. 800 lumens), it provides comfortable ambient light for a small to medium room. For a dimmer vintage look, use a lower-wattage ST64 bulb.

Choose your own bulb to set the color temperature. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb creates a cozy, incandescent-like glow that complements the satin gold finish. The metal shade directs light downward, creating a focused pool of light.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
