A 12-inch semi-flush mount with an antique copper metal shade, ideal for entryways and hallways with low to medium ceilings.
The Berkshire Metal collection combines industrial style with farmhouse charm. This fixture features a sturdy steel and cast brass construction in an antique copper finish, topped with a matching cone-shaped metal shade. The exposed ST64 vintage bulb (not included) adds a nostalgic touch, while the damp location rating allows for use in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb (800 lumens), it provides ample ambient light for a small to medium room. For a softer glow, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens). The fixture accepts one medium base bulb (E26), bulbs not included.
Light color and feel
Choose your own light color by selecting the bulb. For a warm, cozy ambiance, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The metal shade directs light downward, creating a focused pool of light with some ambient glow through the open bottom.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 12 inches in diameter and 15 inches in height, with a canopy diameter of 4.5 inches. It projects 15 inches from the ceiling, making it suitable for standard 8-9 ft ceilings. The shade is 12 inches wide and 10 inches tall.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
