A 12-inch mini pendant from Innovations Lighting's Berkshire Metal collection, finished in Brushed Satin Nickel with a matching metal shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Berkshire Metal mini pendant brings industrial farmhouse style with a cone-shaped metal shade in Brushed Satin Nickel. Made from steel and cast brass, this fixture offers a sturdy transitional look. The Edison-inspired design allows customization with glass or metal shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections, but this version comes with a sleek Brushed Satin Nickel metal shade. With 10 feet of wire and sloped ceiling adaptability, it fits a variety of spaces.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose (not included). With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb (800 lumens), this mini pendant provides ample task lighting for a kitchen island or dining table. For ambient light, a 40W equivalent (450 lumens) works well. The fixture accepts one medium base (E26) bulb, recommended ST64 vintage shape.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by your bulb choice. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb creates a cozy, inviting glow that complements the Brushed Satin Nickel finish and industrial style. Dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch allow you to adjust the mood.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL/ETL rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water) or covered outdoor areas. Not for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
