Description
A 12-inch mini pendant from the Innovations Berkshire Metal collection, finished in brushed brass with a matching metal shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas in damp-rated spaces.
The Berkshire Metal mini pendant combines industrial and farmhouse styling with a sturdy steel and cast brass construction. The brushed brass finish and cone-shaped metal shade offer a vintage-inspired look that complements transitional decor. With a 10-foot wire and sloped ceiling adaptability, it fits a variety of ceiling configurations.
Best for

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb, expect around 800 lumens—similar to a standard incandescent, suitable for ambient or accent lighting over a table or island.
Light color and feel
The fixture accepts any medium-base (E26) bulb. For a warm, cozy ambiance, choose a 2700K-3000K LED or vintage filament bulb. The metal shade directs light downward, creating a focused pool of light with a slight glow from the open bottom.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
