The Berkshire Glass sconce combines industrial and transitional styling with a sleek matte black finish and a matte white cased glass shade. Its compact 8-inch width and 8.5-inch extension make it a versatile accent light for narrow spaces. The fixture is damp-rated, suitable for bathrooms and covered outdoor areas.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb (not included), expect around 800 lumens—similar to a traditional 60W incandescent, suitable for accent or ambient lighting in small to medium rooms.
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting glow. For a warm ambiance, use a 2700K-3000K bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.
Sizing and fit
The sconce measures 8 inches wide, 11.75 inches high, and extends 8.5 inches from the wall. The backplate is 4.5 inches wide and 6.25 inches high. It fits well in spaces with standard 8-foot ceilings and can be mounted with the center 3 inches from the top of the fixture.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
