A compact 8-inch semi-flush mount with a seedy glass shade and satin gold finish, ideal for entryways and hallways with low ceilings.
The Berkshire Glass collection combines industrial charm with modern versatility. This 1-light semi-flush mount features a satin gold steel and cast brass frame paired with a seedy cone glass shade that diffuses light softly. Its compact size makes it perfect for spaces where a flush mount is too low but a pendant is too high.
Best for
- Entryways and hallways with 7-8 ft ceilings, providing ambient light without overwhelming the space
- Kitchens over a sink or breakfast nook, where damp-rated fixtures are required
- Bathrooms in damp locations, such as above a vanity or in a powder room

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. It accepts one medium-base bulb (E26) up to 60W equivalent LED. With a 60W LED (800 lumens), it provides ample ambient light for a small to medium room. For a softer glow, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens).
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shade creates a textured, vintage-inspired glow. For a warm ambiance, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when paired with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 8 inches wide (diameter) x 11.5 inches high. Canopy is 4.875 inches in diameter and 0.875 inches high. The fixture projects 11.5 inches from the ceiling. Suitable for ceilings as low as 7 feet.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
