Description
A compact 8-inch semi-flush mount for hallways, bedrooms, and covered porches, finished in brushed satin nickel with a matte white glass shade.
The Berkshire Glass collection brings industrial character to transitional spaces. This 1-light semi-flush mount features a steel and cast brass frame in brushed satin nickel, paired with a cone-shaped matte white cased glass shade. The vintage-inspired ST64 bulb (not included) adds a warm, exposed glow that suits modern, industrial, and restoration-vintage interiors.
Best for
- Hallways and corridors 4-6 ft wide, providing ambient light without glare
- Bedrooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, as a soft overhead light
- Covered patios or porches rated for damp locations

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a recommended 60W equivalent LED bulb (approx. 800 lumens), it provides comfortable ambient light for a small to medium room. Not intended as a primary task light.
Light color and feel
Use a 2700K-3000K warm white bulb for a cozy, incandescent-like glow that complements the matte white shade and brushed nickel finish. The open-bottom cone shade directs light downward with a soft halo effect.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 8 in diameter x 11.5 in height. Canopy is 4.875 in diameter x 0.875 in height. Fits ceilings as low as 8 ft. Projection is minimal, making it ideal for low-clearance areas.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A vintage ST64 bulb is recommended for the best look.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulb. Use a dimmable LED bulb and a compatible dimmer switch.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (not in direct shower spray) or covered outdoor areas.
What's the warranty? 2-year finish warranty and lifetime electrical warranty.
What is the difference between the matte white cased glass and a regular white glass? Cased glass has a layered construction with a white interior and clear exterior, giving a softer, more diffused light than standard painted white glass.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
