A damp-rated 1-light mini pendant with a matte white glass shade and satin gold finish, ideal for kitchen islands, dining nooks, and covered patios.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial charm with modern versatility. Its satin gold steel and cast brass frame supports a cone-shaped matte white cased glass shade, creating warm, diffused light. With a 10-foot wire and sloped ceiling adaptability, it fits a range of spaces. Rated for damp locations, it works in bathrooms and covered outdoor areas.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose (not included). Using a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb (800 lumens), this pendant provides ample task light for a kitchen island or dining table. For ambient mood lighting, a 40W equivalent (450 lumens) works well.
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shade softens and diffuses light, reducing glare. Pair with a warm white (2700K-3000K) LED bulb for a cozy, inviting glow. The fixture is dimmable when used with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 8 inches wide and 7 inches tall. Overall fixture height adjusts from 19.62 to 43.62 inches via the 10-foot wire. Canopy is 4.875 inches in diameter. Suitable for sloped ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
