The Berkshire Glass mini pendant from Innovations Lighting combines industrial styling with refined materials. The satin gold steel and cast brass frame supports a matte white cased glass cone shade, creating a warm, diffused glow. This fixture is part of the versatile Berkshire Glass collection and is damp-rated for use in bathrooms or covered patios.

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or task lighting over a small table or island. Not sufficient as a primary room light for spaces larger than 8x10 ft.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for most residential settings.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 8 inches wide and 7 inches tall, with an overall fixture height of 9.5 inches. The hanging height adjusts from 18.5 to 42.5 inches via a 10-foot wire. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter. Works best on ceilings 8-10 ft high.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
