A 1-light mini pendant from the Innovations Berkshire Glass collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with a clear glass cone shade, rated for damp locations.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. The brushed satin nickel finish and clear glass shade offer a clean, transitional look that works in a variety of spaces. Part of the Edison collection, this fixture features heavy cast components for a sturdy feel and can be paired with different shades to change its style.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting over a 6-8 ft counter
- Dining rooms over a small table (up to 48 in), providing focused ambient light
- Entryways and hallways with 8-9 ft ceilings, used as a single accent pendant
- Covered patios or sunrooms, thanks to its damp location rating
Not ideal for
- Large open-plan living areas where a single mini pendant may not provide sufficient overall illumination

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W (not included). With a standard 60W incandescent equivalent LED (about 800 lumens), it provides comfortable task or ambient light for a small area. For a dimmer glow, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens).
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade showcases the bulb. For a warm, inviting feel, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 8 in wide and 7 in tall. Overall fixture height is 9.5 in, with an adjustable hanging height from 18.5 to 42.5 in (includes 10 ft of wire). The canopy is 4.75 in diameter. Works well on sloped ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
