Description
A 1-light mini pendant from the Berkshire Glass collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with a matte white cased glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas in damp-rated spaces.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial and transitional style with a sleek cone-shaped matte white glass shade and a brushed satin nickel finish. Made from steel, cast brass, and glass, this fixture offers a vintage-inspired look with modern versatility. The 8-inch shade and adjustable stem height make it suitable for various ceiling heights, and its damp location rating allows use in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used. This pendant accepts one medium base (E26) bulb up to 60W (or LED equivalent). With a standard 60W incandescent, expect about 800 lumens - bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or ambient light in a small dining area. For a softer glow, use a 40W bulb (approx. 450 lumens).
Light color and feel
Bulb not included; choose your preferred color temperature. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb will create a cozy, inviting atmosphere that complements the matte white shade and brushed nickel finish. The matte white glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
