Description
A compact 8-inch mini pendant from the Berkshire Glass collection, finished in brushed brass with a seedy glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas where damp-rated lighting is needed.
This mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with transitional versatility. The brushed brass finish and cast brass construction give it a sturdy, refined look, while the seedy glass shade diffuses light softly. Part of the Edison family, it can be customized with various glass or metal shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections to suit your decor.

- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of 2-3 pendants for task and ambient lighting

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb. Ideal for accent or task lighting over a small area, but not sufficient as a primary room light for larger spaces.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. Flatters skin tones and warm wood or brass interiors. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for most home settings.
Sizing and fit

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible LED dimmer. We recommend a standard LED dimmer switch.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water) or covered outdoor areas.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
