Description
A 1-light mini pendant from the Berkshire Glass collection, finished in Black Antique Brass with a Matte White cased glass shade, designed for damp locations like kitchens and covered patios.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial metalwork with vintage-inspired glass. The Black Antique Brass finish on steel and cast brass provides a weathered, timeworn look, while the 8-inch Matte White cased glass shade softens the light. This fixture is sloped-ceiling adaptable and includes 10 feet of wire for flexible placement.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W equivalent (not included). With a standard 60W incandescent bulb, expect about 800 lumens - similar to a traditional table lamp, ideal for task or accent lighting over a counter or table.
Light color and feel
The Matte White cased glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm ambient glow. For a warm, inviting feel, pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 8 inches wide and 7 inches tall. Overall fixture height ranges from 19.62 to 43.62 inches (adjustable via the included 10 ft wire). Canopy is 4.875 inches in diameter. Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
