The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. Its heavy cast brass and steel construction in antique brass pairs with a clear cone-shaped glass shade, offering a bare-bulb look that suits modern, transitional, and restoration-vintage styles. The fixture is damp-rated for use in bathrooms or covered outdoor areas.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose (not included). With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb, expect around 800 lumens—suitable for task lighting over a counter or ambient light in a small area. For a dimmer effect, use a 40W equivalent bulb.

The clear glass shade showcases the bulb, so the light color is determined by your bulb choice. A warm white 2700K-3000K LED creates a cozy, incandescent-like glow. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
