Description
A 38-inch, 6-light chandelier in brushed brass and clear glass, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms in transitional and industrial-inspired homes.
The Berkshire Glass chandelier from Innovations Lighting combines a brushed brass frame with six clear glass shades, each shaped like a cone to direct light downward and outward. The steel and cast brass construction gives it a substantial feel, while the vintage ST64 bulbs (not included) add an exposed-filament look that suits modern, industrial, and restoration-vintage interiors. The fixture is sloped-ceiling adaptable and rated for damp locations, making it suitable for covered patios or large bathrooms as well.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With six medium-base sockets, you can install up to 60W incandescent equivalent LEDs per socket (or 60W incandescent bulbs). Using six 60W-equivalent LEDs (about 800 lumens each) yields roughly 4800 lumens total - bright enough to illuminate a large kitchen island or a 12x14 ft dining room as the primary light source. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage vintage bulbs.
Light color and feel
The light color is determined by your bulb choice. For a warm, inviting atmosphere, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs - they mimic traditional incandescent light and complement the brushed brass finish. The clear glass shades show the bulb filaments, adding a decorative element. The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The chandelier measures 37.75 inches wide and 12 inches tall, with an adjustable hanging height from 21 to 45 inches (including the canopy). The canopy is 4.875 inches in diameter and 0.875 inches tall. It weighs 6 lbs and is sloped-ceiling adaptable. For a dining table, hang the bottom of the fixture 30-36 inches above the tabletop. For a kitchen island, 36-40 inches above the counter is typical.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
