Description
A 35-inch, 4-light bath vanity light in polished chrome with matte white glass shades, designed for bathrooms with double sinks or wide vanities.
The Berkshire Glass collection combines industrial hardware with transitional elegance. The polished chrome finish and matte white cased glass shades create a clean, bright look that complements both modern and traditional bathrooms. With four ST64 vintage-style bulbs (not included), this fixture provides ample illumination for grooming tasks.
Best for
- Bathrooms with 48-60 inch vanities, mounted horizontally above the mirror

Not ideal for
- Small powder rooms under 4 feet wide - the 35-inch width may overwhelm

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With four medium-base sockets, you can install up to 60W each (240W total). Using 800-lumen LED bulbs, expect about 3200 lumens - enough for a primary bathroom light. For softer ambiance, use lower-wattage bulbs.
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shades diffuse light softly, reducing glare. Choose warm white (2700-3000K) bulbs for a relaxing bath, or cool white (3500-4000K) for task-oriented grooming. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs.
Sizing and fit
Overall width: 35 inches, height: 11.75 inches, extension from wall: 8.5 inches. Backplate is 6.25 x 4.5 inches. Mounting center to top is 2.25 inches. Fits standard junction boxes. For best visual balance, the fixture should be about one-third the width of your vanity.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. Requires four medium-base (E26) bulbs, ST64 shape recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard LED/incandescent dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it's safe in bathrooms with ventilation. Not for wet locations like outdoors or directly over a shower.

Can the shades be replaced or removed for cleaning? The glass shades are removable for cleaning. Gently twist and pull to remove.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
