Description
A 35-inch, 4-light bath vanity light with a Black Antique Brass finish and seedy glass shades, designed for damp-rated bathroom installations.
The Berkshire Glass collection combines industrial and transitional styling with a Black Antique Brass finish on steel and cast brass. The seedy glass shades diffuse light softly, creating a warm ambiance. This fixture is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, making it suitable for bathroom vanities and similar spaces.

How bright is it?
With four medium-base sockets (E26), brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. Using four 60W incandescent equivalent LED bulbs (approx. 800 lumens each), total output is about 3200 lumens - enough for a primary bathroom light. Bulbs are not included.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shades soften and diffuse light, reducing glare. For a warm, inviting glow, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The fixture is dimmable if compatible dimmable bulbs and a dimmer switch are used.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 35 inches wide, 11.75 inches high, with an 8.5-inch extension from the wall. The backplate is 6.25 x 4.5 inches. Ideal for bathrooms with ceilings at least 8 ft high and vanities 48-60 inches wide.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
