Description
A 35-inch, 4-light bath vanity light in satin gold with clear glass shades, designed for bathrooms and powder rooms with a 36-48 inch vanity.
The Berkshire Glass collection combines industrial hardware with clear cone glass shades for a look that suits modern, contemporary, and transitional spaces. The satin gold finish on steel and cast brass adds warmth without being overly ornate, while the exposed ST64 bulbs (not included) complete the vintage-inspired silhouette.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With four medium-base (E26) sockets, you can install up to 60W incandescent equivalent per bulb (or LED equivalent) for a total of up to 240W equivalent. For a typical bathroom, 4 x 60W equivalent LED bulbs (about 800 lumens each) provide ample task lighting.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shades allow the bulb's color temperature to shine through. For a warm, inviting glow, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. For a more daylight-balanced look, 3500K-4000K works well in bathrooms. The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 35 inches wide, 11.75 inches high, and extends 8.5 inches from the wall. It is designed for wall mounting over a vanity. The backplate is 6.25 inches wide and 4.5 inches high. Mounting center to top is 2.25 inches. Suitable for bathrooms with standard 8-foot ceilings.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
