A 30-inch, 3-light pendant from Innovations Lighting's Berkshire Glass collection, finished in satin nickel with clear glass shades - ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire Glass pendant combines industrial styling with a sleek satin nickel finish and clear glass shades. The three cone-shaped shades showcase vintage ST64 bulbs (not included), creating a warm, inviting glow. Made from steel, cast brass, and glass, this fixture is damp-rated for use in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With three medium-base sockets, you can install up to 60W each (or LED equivalent). Using three 60W incandescent bulbs yields about 2400 lumens - bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. For a softer ambient glow, use lower-wattage or dimmable bulbs.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shades allow the bulb's color temperature to shine through. For a warm, inviting feel, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard dimmer switch.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
