A 30-inch, 3-light pendant from Innovations Lighting's Berkshire Glass collection, finished in polished chrome with seedy glass shades - ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms seeking industrial-modern character.
The Berkshire Glass pendant combines polished chrome hardware with seedy glass cones for a textured, vintage-inspired look. The three-light design provides ample illumination while the open-bottom shades cast interesting light patterns. Suitable for damp locations, this fixture works well in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accepts three medium-base (E26) bulbs up to 60W each (or LED equivalent). With three 60W incandescent bulbs, expect roughly 2400 lumens total - comparable to a bright overhead light for a medium-sized kitchen or dining area. Bulbs not included.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by your bulb choice. For a warm, inviting glow, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The seedy glass shades soften and diffuse the light, reducing glare while adding texture to the beam pattern. Dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch allow you to adjust brightness.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 29.75 inches wide and 12 inches tall, with a canopy 4.875 inches in diameter. The stem-hung design allows height adjustment at installation. Works well over kitchen islands 5-7 ft long or dining tables 48-60 in. Sloped ceiling adaptable.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
