Description
A 30-inch wide, 3-light pendant from Innovations Lighting's Berkshire Glass collection, finished in oil rubbed bronze with seedy glass shades, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire Glass pendant combines industrial and transitional styling with a robust steel and cast brass construction. The oil rubbed bronze finish and seedy glass shades create a vintage-inspired look that complements a wide range of interiors. This damp-rated fixture is suitable for covered patios as well as indoor spaces.

How bright is it?
With three medium-base bulbs (not included, up to 60W each), the fixture can deliver up to 2,700 lumens if using 60W equivalent LED bulbs - comparable to a standard living room ceiling light. For a softer glow, use lower wattage or vintage-style bulbs.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shades diffuse light with a warm, textured glow. For a classic vintage look, pair with ST64-shaped bulbs at 2700K-3000K warm white. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 29.75 in wide, 29.75 in deep, and 12 in high (excluding stem). The canopy is 4.875 in diameter and 0.875 in high. The stem hanging length can be adjusted during installation to suit ceiling height. Recommended for ceilings 8 ft or higher.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
