Description
A 30-inch, 3-light pendant from the Berkshire Glass collection, finished in matte black with matte white cased glass shades, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire Glass pendant combines industrial matte black steel and cast brass with elegant matte white cased glass shades in a cone shape. Its three-light design provides ample illumination while the vintage ST64 bulbs (not included) add a nostalgic touch. This fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered patios as well as indoor spaces.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With three medium-base sockets accepting up to 60W each (or LED equivalent), you can achieve 1800-2400 lumens total - suitable for task lighting over a kitchen island or ambient dining light. Bulbs not included.
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shades diffuse light softly, reducing glare. Choose warm white (2700-3000K) bulbs for a cozy, inviting atmosphere, or cooler temperatures for a more modern feel. The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms away from direct water spray, but not in wet locations or directly over a shower.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
