Description
A 30-inch, 3-light pendant from Innovations' Berkshire Glass collection, finished in champagne bronze with clear glass shades, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire Glass pendant combines industrial edge with transitional versatility. Its champagne bronze finish over steel and cast brass frames three clear cone-shaped glass shades, each housing a vintage ST64 bulb (not included). The fixture's open, airy silhouette works well in both modern and restoration-style interiors, and its damp-location rating allows installation in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms.

Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With three medium-base sockets, you can install up to 60W incandescent equivalent per bulb (or LED equivalent). Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
